Singaporean households needed a reliable method to know the designated location, day, and time to collect masks allocated by the Government during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Description

The website MaskGoWhere provided Singaporeans with information on where and when to collect their masks. It also included interactive community notice boards and a hotline for questions, registered over 900,000 visits in the first two days, and used user feedback to make continuous improvements.
