Our interactive chat service, askNivi, is available 24/7 through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and SMS making it simple for men, women, and youth to learn facts about sexual and reproductive health and to get personalized recommendations and referrals.
Outcomes
By November 2020, Nivi reached more than 2,400,000 users in Kenya, India, and South Africa. Nivi's sustainable business model is focused on meeting users' needs at scale. Deepened B2B customer pipeline and supported the COVID-19 response.
