At Gradwhiz, we believe access to opportunity is the first step toward redistributing wealth. Many students from underrepresented backgrounds never hear about paid internships, apprenticeships, or graduate schemes that can transform their career trajectory. Our project uses algorithms and AI to surface hidden early-career opportunities and match them with students based on skills, interests, and goals - levelling the playing field for those without connections or insider knowledge. By making access to income-generating experiences fairer, Gradwhiz aims to shift wealth-building pathways from privilege to potential.
