Elderly and people with disabilities are common marginalized groups that are often untouched by development in middle-low income countries. In Indonesia, access to good healthcare and sustaining livelihoods is often difficult for these groups.

ZAKKI provides an online platform for alms and donations, which collects donations in the form of recyclable garbage, voluntary efforts, and money. Verified beneficiaries receive support for basic life needs and micro-sustain businesses. The platform integrates volunteers for reporting and monitoring. Additionally, it offers a 'merit money account' for use with certified vendors and donors.
