Challenge
The project addresses the need for enhancing women's entrepreneurship in Ukraine through interactive media development and Regional TV broadcasting, unlocking entrepreneurship potential and enhancing digital literacy.
Description
The project connects Ukrainian and Polish women-owned businesses through study tours, media broadcasts, and peer-to-peer exchanges. It aims to overcome social capital deficits and lack of knowledge and skills for business development.

54 female Ukrainian participants engaged, 95% satisfaction rate, development of business arrangements between Polish and Ukrainian women-owned companies, ongoing internships and scholarships, media exposure and interest from regional TV stations.
