The challenge of managing HIV patients in resource-limited settings like rural Kenya, where cell phones are ubiquitous and usage costs are low.

Description

The WelTel mHealth program sends weekly 'how are you?' texts to patients on anti-viral therapy, facilitating easier management and follow-up by nurses.
