Challenge

Research into the production, processing, and marketing of medicinal mushrooms began in 2012. After much effort, the team successfully launched the project aimed at revolutionizing agricultural, medicinal, and economic products. The technology for producing and processing fast-growing medicinal mushrooms, which are harvested and sold within 3-6 weeks, has been perfected. Hundreds of women and youths are currently employed.

The innovation involves the production and processing of medicinal mushrooms with nutritional, medical, and economic potentials. The fast-maturing mushrooms can be harvested and marketed within 3-6 weeks, offering substantial economic benefits even in a post-COVID-19 era. The project provides a low-investment opportunity, making it suitable for mass empowerment, particularly for women and youth.
