Students from rural, low-income families in India often face challenges in securing employment due to a lack of essential skills and knowledge required for the urban job market.

Description

The program offers a three-month training course focusing on participative learning, which enhances graduates' skills and knowledge, making them competitive in the job market. Monitoring student outcomes is conducted by GFS instructors and staff.

The program now trains around 350 students per year. It has been replicated in municipalities like Gulburga, Mysore, and Shimoga. All 1,400 participants succeeded in securing employment within a year.
