The Philippi Collective is a cross-sector collaborative consisting of schools, parents organizations, NGOs, government departments and other community leaders, working together to diagnose learning obstacles and find solutions to fully support learners in Cape Town's Philippi community from cradle to career.

Outcomes

The Resource Access Programme expanded from 2013 to 2014 from 2 to 6 schools. The network grew from 14 partners in 2011 to over 120 partners in 2014.
