Technology Education Enhancement Project

Technology Education Enhancement is an initiative focused on stimulating student interest in creative design and the use of technology. It aims to help teachers and students become creative designers of electronic crafts and other related projects. In this project, each student will choose a personal project, design it, and defend the proposal and final project in the class. Participants share learning experiences and challenges through an online community, which serves as a monitoring and evaluation mechanism.

Outcomes

The project has contributed to increasing levels of creativity among students. Some students received invitations from business owners for mini billboards. Several graduates have become entrepreneurs and produce their own products. The pilot phase involved three schools, three teachers, and about seventy-five students, with two of the pilot schools being government-owned public institutions.
