The lack of infrastructures constrains access to information and education regarding global issues, affecting the development of rural communities in Developing Countries. The SDGs aim to lessen disparities and inequalities. Universal education tools are vital for successful development policies. Despite the 4.0 Industrial Revolution, internet and ICT access remains limited in Africa.

It includes a cold chain compartment, biometric and data collectors, and printers to deliver vaccines, digitally register people, and print health/vaccine cards. It combines digital exclusive education and immunization.
Outcomes
Successful campaigns for international donors. Launched a coronavirus awareness pilot project with Mozambique's Government and Academia. The technology is patented and partnerships for franchise are being sought.
