Challenge
In war-torn Syria, unemployment is rising and many skills development programs being implemented focus on traditional skills for the already saturated local market. The result is a skills gap in the labor market, a lack of money being injected into the economic cycle, and extreme poverty for the world’s most vulnerable people. As technology advances, there are more opportunities for outsourced work in in developing countries, however, Syrians are lacking the skills and tools to access this work
