Challenge
The current Caribbean transport system consists of Taxi’s, Rental’s, Public Buses and Privately owned vehicles. You either call a Taxi, Rent a Car or find a Bus terminal to get from one location to another. There is a safety issue since the current system is a pay by cash service. Drivers are limited to a cued location and Riders have to go to these locations to get a ride.
Description
A safer service via a cashless mobile application. A new service priced in between two existing transport services which will offer riders the comfort and convenience of a combined Taxi and Public transport system. We will provide Drivers and Riders one mobile app which offers Ride Sharing, Food, Grocery, Retail Purchase and Delivery Services, Luxury Services, Smart Rental Services, Smart Bus Services, and a Block-Chain based Mobile Payment Wallet.
Outcomes
Designed product concept, layout, company website and prototype. Developing a model with added features specifically for the Caribbean.
