OverviewContributors

Description

The program monitors key performance areas on an ongoing basis. Baseline assessments of current Staff Management Team practices are conducted at the start of the program and then again a year later to see if changes have been sustained. The management and effectiveness of the program is evaluated by the participants themselves. The M&E strategy aligns the management practices being developed with expected outputs and outcomes once a school has been through the program.
