Challenge

Bangladesh has the world's 6th largest primary education system in the world with over 30 million children. Every day, millions of learning hours are lost and the country doesn't have the skills and resources to continue online-based learning to the children during the recent Corona (COVID 19) outbreak. Parents are at home with their children and struggling to keep them engaged. Lack of parenting knowledge and understanding is another major reason, why learning at home is also disrupting.

Description

Light of Hope taken a holistic approach to ensure children staying at home is getting free access to LIVE and recorded daily contents and shows on various themes and topics. We have opened all of the books for free to download. We've started 4 shows (3 for children & 1 for parents) that are streaming every day. Moreover, our online courses for parents and teachers are made open and free to all 20 million parents and 1 million teachers in Bangladesh.
