Description
Leap is a scientifically designed experiential program for career guidance. Designed for grade 8-12 students, it comprises 7 experiential activity kits that lead into an online assessment that uncovers strengths and competencies that match careers.
Outcomes
In four months, Career Leap kits have been used by facilitators from around the world, including educationists from Dubai and Cyprus. Over 200 students in Chandigarh, Bangalore, and Delhi have benefited from the program.
