Challenge

Description
The Good School Toolkit provides a structured process for schools to change their practices and structures to foster a safe and nurturing learning environment. The toolkit is designed to be resource-light, making it accessible for various schools.
Outcomes
Since its inception with 6 schools in 2008, the Good School Toolkit has expanded to 450 schools through partnerships with local organizations and international NGOs. A randomized controlled trial involving 42 schools in Uganda’s Luwero district is being conducted to study the impact.
