OverviewContributors

Challenge

The project addresses the lack of coordinated, grassroots-level planning and oversight in the education sector, which has historically led to inefficient administrative management and suboptimal budgetary allocations.

Description

Semiotics Consultants started developing the first EPWG in August 2012. The project included capacity building and other support, aiming to embed sustainability so that EPWGs could function independently post-project completion. All activities were led by EPWG members from the beginning, demonstrating competence and independence.
