Dow QuickFinder-G 2019-nCoV Real Time PCR Kit by Dowgene

In response to skyrocketing demand for testing in Korea, DowGene Co., Ltd. successfully developed, tested, and started manufacturing Dow QuickFinder™-G 2019-nCoV Real-time PCR Test Kit that uses real-time reverse-transcription PCR method for the qualitative detection of RdRp, E and N gene (N1, N2) of Novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV). The product is designed to detect Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) genes quickly and accurately, and rapid and accurate diagnosis can help prevent the spread of the disease by appropriately treating the infected patients.

Description

Dow Gene developed a real-time reverse-transcription PCR method for the qualitative detection of RdRp, E and N gene (N1, N2) of Novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV). The Dow QuickFinder™-G 2019-nCoV Real-Time PCR Kit is CE-IVD certified, approved for export by the Korean Food and Drug Administration, and is optimized for use with ABI 7500 (Fast) or Bio-Rad CFX96 real-time PCR instruments.
