Description

An M&E tool has been established which is filled in by the teachers each month and submitted to Ace Africa with a follow up meeting held by the field officer. Teachers and pupils attend the meeting and discuss progress, challenges, and solutions to any problems raised. A document analysis takes place where club records are reviewed. Impact on the community is measured through teacher and community feedback alongside MOH and MOE visits. Follow-up teacher training also provides a forum for M&E.

Outcomes

209 schools participate, with 160 school clubs in Bungoma and 49 school clubs in Siaya.
