Description

Monitoring and Evaluation is done based on Oxfam's MEAL framework that IRC is using in some of its on-going projects. This includes: project work plans, monitoring review meetings and reports to track and document progress towards planned objectives and indicators, participatory project reviews with all stakeholders, field reports from partners, documentation of the changes in target populations, thematic assessments on various issues as and when needed, and mid-term and end-term evaluations.

Outcomes

An estimated 2,000 school and non-school children from eight districts along with 200 junior leaders were engaged. 100,000 parents, teachers, and community members signed the petition, along with at least 80 MPAs, district functionaries, and provincial department officials. 15 media persons were engaged. 500 teachers, parents, and community members participated in theaters, seminars, and other events.
