Lumos Transforms is a Los Angeles-based LLC social enterprise consulting firm founded in 2015 by Nkem Ndefo. Lumos utilizes its signature embodied, trauma-informed Resilience Toolkit framework to co-create liberated worlds rooted in justice and flourishing in joy. Our guiding purpose is nurturing individuals, organizations, and communities with embodied knowledge and skills to build stability and resilience for individual and collective healing. Through repatterning of oppressive systems and restoration of relational wisdom, we boldly co-create loving and liberatory futures.
